I think Airfix may be late to the party... Bronco have been releasing some GREAT subs in 350, and the prices you can get from LuckyModel (even when you throw in the shipping) are ridiculously low.

I had read elsewhere online that this will be a 1/350 kit. Any word on a release date yet? I am looking forward to this one to add to my collection! Especially since Bronco just released a RN boomer in 1/350.

New SSN from Airfix

After the IPMS UK Nats last year , I posted that Airfix were going to issue a kit for a British SSN . Well ,its now appeared in their forthcoming attractions - HMS Trafalgar . Cost will be about £7.99 .. Not sure what the scale is , the example I saw I would say was 1/350 but nukes are surprisingly big so I could be wrong . As the new "Illustrious" is 350  I would assume its the same scale as Airfix have no track record in 1/700 .
