I'm finishing a Tamiya Enterprise, same hull, flight deck, etc. I plan to build the Hornet as the late war Enterprise, combining detail parts from a second Enterprise kit.

The thing to watch for is when fitting the flight deck to the hull. Make sure all your parts are fitted-up very well. Give the bow and stern supports lots of attention so you don't have the finished flight deck looking like a roller coster.
