It would seem that no US Navy submarines of any class are being painted with anti-fouling red any longer. There are different shades of dark grays, it depends on the component being painted. The sonar domes, torpedo tubes, seachests, and after cone area (where the stern plane and rudders are) are not covered with anechoic tiles and have a more satin finish. Whereas the main portion of the hull, where the tiles are, have more matte finish.
