Hello, I was not able to find the thread that contained the information on where to get the Seasprite Helo and the decal sheet for the other short hull Perry's.  Also if anyone can recommend which PE is recommended for rails etc, I would appreciate it.  thx

They are also the top choice for the PE.   While Yankee Modelworks has released the PE which used to accompany their resin long-hull Perry, the quality of the WEM PE outsines the YMW offering.  The only thing the YMW brass gets you is the lattice masts.

Its a win-win either way you go since Hawk printed the decals for ISW.
