                        My first attempt on my Tirpitz build I used a sticky plasticine like stuff used to post paper notes etc. I am still not sure I will be leaving it this way.

                        well, i work some Squadron putty around the cannons......don't even have to paint, they are white already

                        It's been a while since I've had to make them, my tech is tisssue paper and a white glue dilution.  After the glues dries I paint them and when dry, I slowly work the cannon through the paper.  Whats your method of making them?
