Turner Classic is running said movie.

Lots of detail on Elcos in that 1945 movie.  Some subtle, but striking, little snippets of detail.  The Cox'n of the 26' MWB ringing three bells for the PatRon commander aboard as they pull away from the pier.

Still a nice, correct, mix of uniforms and weapons and gear in that film.  Nice touch of one of the XO's riding with the commissioning pennant saved around his neck, too.
