IJN Zuikaku finished

Howdy folks, well, I'm not a ship builder, at least not as good as you guys. My eyes just wont let me work with small PE railings, and such, but I build one every now and again just to say i did. Well, here, in it's most basic form, is the Zuikaku. It has Zeros, Kates, and Vals. I am going to try my hand at modelling water so maybe that will add to the appearance.....

The kit is Fujimi, and it was very reasonable in price. Maybe not as accurate as Tamiya's I dont know, but it built well, without any fit problems.

Hope you like it.Smile

Nice clean build. I hear you about 1:700 PE; I have spent a dozen plus hours just doing the turrets for my 1:700 scale german pocket BBs. The only thing I would suggest is maybe some thin washes to get some contrast and break up the grey monotone.  Congrats on the build! cheers
