OOPS, never mind. Looks like the smilie posted. It just doesn't show up on the preview.

Flickering oil lamps with LEDs?

Just logged back in after some months pursuing another adventure. Some time ago I distributed several copies of my tutorial on the subject. I'm just interested in what success someone may have had installing them on a period model. I'd PM the individuals, but I can't remember who they are. Since I wrote it the only successful installation I'm aware of is my own on the Revell 1/96 constitution. Would love to see a photo, or better a video of these lights working (youtube?).

Also, I had promised some time ago to publish a build log of my 1/38 POB bunker boat. She's still in progress, but I've done nothing more since last June, because since then and still now I'm homeless; staying with my daughter. I'm hoping to settle into my own space soon and set my shop back up. This is just an apology for the tease, and a plea for patience to those who may be waiting.Embarrassed

BTW, would someone please tell me how to post smilies on this board?
