Airfix and/or Heller Ratline Jig...

I am wondering if anyone knows where to buy or is willing to give me just the ratline jig without having to get the whole Airfix or Heller kit? I know about Loom-A-Line and I don't want that what I am looking for is in the picture below...or if anyone has instructions on how to build my own or techniques on how to loom ratlines consistently that would be even better...I would really appreciate any help. Thank you ahead of time for your replies.
