USS Constellation CV-64 (vietnam era vet would like to model the "Connie"

Fujimi makes a Connie in 1/700 scale. Current issue is for her 1999 config but it also contains a parts sprue to back date her to her Nam config from an earlier kit (SPS-30/43 radars, Terrier launchers, etc).  It's out of production but it's available here:

Connie Vet, I was station aboard the costellation from 1967-1968. I have a 1969 cruise book that could give you some info about squadrons and other facts. Gold Medal Models offers a set of decals which includes deck number and stack numbers for the Connie.   

If you need more deck marking than is in the GMM set.   Starfighter Decals offers some sets for similar carriers (no, not one for the Connie) which you can use to supplement the markings.
