No, but you don't need it because we know it from other sources.

There was no "Ocean Blue" paint in the US Navy's inventory. Navy Blue was just out but still in testing phase, otherwise you have Ocean Gray or Sea Blue.

I found a website that has some amazing video clips of pearl harbor during and after the attack including salvage operations. among these are footage shot in color of both USS California and USS Nevada departing Pearl Harbor after temporary repairs. The color is true and the video quality is excellent. They both appear to be painted in almost an ocean blue with light grey tops.

the website is www.criticalpast.com. in the search bar, you can either type in Pearl Harbor, or the hull number of the ship your looking for. there is also footage of naval vessels underway and sailors on board going all the way back to the turn of the century. there is some fasinating footage here. Z
