If your doing Enterprises, how about including the test space shuttle Enterprise and (dare I say it?) the Star Trek Enterprises NCC 1701 A B C D E ......?

Sorry I just had to add that.

What got me started on this is my efforts to do a Texas line-up in 1/700 scale.  I have the CSS Texas (Ironclad), USS Texas BB1, USS Texas BB35, USS Texas CGN39 (actually the Virginia CGN38) and now await a manufacturer to release USS Texas SSN775.  Hobbyboss has done a 1/350 Virginia SSN774, so hopefully they will scale that down.

Already in the Texas line-up is a potential for a Virginia line-up.

I'm hoping to get Dragon to do a Cowpens CVL so we can offer it with a Tico class cruiser and have the "Mighty Moo Two-pack" Big Smile

I am partial to 1/350 myself.... but I do like the theme ideaWink that would be neat to see the full USS Enterprise line... We already have the latest one... now just the previous ones...Whistling CV-6... CV-6... CV-6 or the Yorktown...Devil... The Royal Navy has great possibilities here... Ark Royal... Illustrious...

My collection/stash revolves around some sort of theme, which got me to thinking…  Of all categories of scale models I would think ships offer the best opportunity for theme if manufacturers chose to tackle.  Unlike aircraft, for the most part and armor, vessels hand down names and titles.

How about a line-up of Belleau Woods, or New Yorks or Midways in 1/700 scale?
