Yes it is arc lamp with halyard
I researched various types of color and brightness, but there is no common consensus and chose what I liked
The color of choice for most models is used in trailer chminés
The White Star, I do not believe a painting of the Titanic like a trailer

Good looking build up,  The black things handing down from the stays I assume there some sort of flood light?  Also if you're looking for a color of the "white star buff", next time try Humbrel "Buff" it is 99% perfect match, since  it is in gloss, mix 1 tin of it and 1 tin of matt.  It comes out perfect semigloss.
