Great build. I've had this kit for a while working its way to the top of the pile. Yours has certainly set the standard.
Cheers
Thanks for the comments. For the P/E Set, I used White Ensigns set for this particular Kit. I also used Trumpeter's Upgrade Set which includes all Gunbarrels in Brass and Props. You get the Choice of haveing the Barrels with or without Blast Bags so the choice is yours......Cheers Mark
Wow! Great built there. In the future when I might want to do a Hood, What PE set did you use. It includes the blast bags or did you make them yourself?
Thanks for the positive comments Gentlemen. They are greatly appreciated.....Cheers Mark

I just started with a Tamiya Yamato, with the Hood on the shelf. When I see these pics, I doubt to switch to'the Hood first...
Great build!!!!!
On the bench: 1:350 Yamato + I-400, 1:48 F15 strike eagle...
Oh man have I been waiting for this!
She's beautiful!
That is a fine model. It makes one sad...
All positives, she looks great.
Wow, that came out looking very nice. I remember following a good portion of your build. Must be quite a big kit. Now you need a Bismarck to go with it.
I'm sure Manny will want to sink it, he's so easily threatened. LOL
Thanks for the comments my Friend. I don't think Manny would sink her anyway. He loves the Zuiho which was in the Pacific and the Hood was in the Atlantic.........
Absolutley Beautiful!!!! Careful now... Manny will want to sink her...
