Nothing dedicated. Toms makes some 1200 scale railings, BB catapults, cranes, and cage masts. The latter 3 will do you no good at all. No replacement aircraft for the little blob thingies on posts. No dedicated decals, though you may be able to find something suitable among the 1:1200 wargame models.
I mean "1/1200", I don't know what I was thinking....
