I am returning to modelling by building the Revell 1:350
New Jersey ( a ship I served on in MARDET many years ago). Model is proceeding beautifully but the workbench ate several small parts. I went to the Revell Web site and found the "lost/broken parts" ordering page, but I also noted that the kit is a Revell Germany kit (The Revell Germany site has no spares ordering mechanism). I ordered the spares about a month ago and have heard nothing, and also emailed to see if in fact Revell Germany parts could be ordered on the Revell-Mono site, but got no response there either. The system knows about me as when I went to order a few more messed-up parts it told me I had reached my limit of 10. If I am just seeing a lag in the system, no problem, but I still wonder if I am using the right procedure for ordering Revell Germany spares. Help appreciated!
