Updated Coast Guard Website

It took me a year to revamp my website but it is now updated. I added PT Dockyard and Neptun. I added links to pictures. I added models built by a fellow Coastie. I corrected a couple of glaring errors. And the site is now searchable by era and by type (all white hulls or all Grumman ac). As always comments are welcome. My goal is still to make this the most inclusive site for Coast Guard modeling sources that I can. If you have CG models you want me to publish send them to me and I'll add them. Thanks for looking.
