I've posted before about the dire need in the modeling community for a 1/350 or larger Queen Elizabeth Class battleship in WWI/pre 1920 fitment. Now that we finally have a 1/350 QE unfortunately it's in WW2 fitment, I mean god another WW2 subject !!. What if we backdated this kit, possible ?? I have Warship Monographs Monograph Two Queen Elizabeth Class and from what I can tell the torpedo bulges on the WW2 fitment don't seem too bad to remove but we'd have to scratch the bridge, upper platforms, funnells, etc. What do you guys think ?? This class is probably the most significant to modern/functional/sensible battleship design of the early 20th century, not to mention one of the most beautiful of the dreadnought era.
