s-models polish company kits

i stumbled across a couple of 1/700 sino-japanese war ships, one of which i have not seen anywhere else. the kit photos show they come with pe. has anyone build anything from these guys.
to put quality in perspective i am currently working through an ALANGER 1/400 russian predreadnought so they have to be better than that.
