Just signed up with FSM and this is my first attempt at building a weathered ship. My father-in-law recently passed away and he had this kit in his possessions. He was aboard the Atule, Crevalle and Halfbeak. This model by Revell is incredible!  Hope I can figure out how to post some pics of this.

Welcome aboard, fright!  The first thing you need to do is open an photobucket (www.photobucket.com) account.  It's free and most of the folks on the forum use it to host their images.  After uploading your images to PB, just lay your mouse pointer on the image you want to post and a menu will appear below the image.  Place your mouse in "IMG Code" and click.  You will see the word "copied" appear for a moment.  Then, all you have to do is paste it into your post.  That's the way I do it but, you can be certain that others here will be offering their way to do it.  There are several ways so you'll have to decide which you like best.

Good luck

Ray...thank you for your welcome, response and information on how to post photos. I do not own an airbrush, so any weathering I try will have to be by pastels or water colors.  I went out and purchased Trumpetors O'Brien Liberty ship for my next project. This one I will be adding photo-etched parts and L'Arsenal lifeboats to it. I'm hooked!
