Building a model of the VIctory is no small accomplishment.  Congratulations.

Not sure what you would consider to be a new and more difficult challenge.  I would agree with Don that a wood kit would offer a pretty good challenge to most folks, particularly full-rigged ship with a plank-on-frame hull.

You didn't say which kit.  If it was a plastic kit, you might think of doing a wood one. If it was a wooden one, you might think of an earlier ship, a century or more older than the Victory.
