Thanks for the tip, gentlemen!  I'm without an operational printer at the moment, but I have been thinking about forays into printing other kinds of decals, too, so I'll have to see.

What Ed said - wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy easier to make your own, that way you can fiddle the size to get exactly what you want, and to get it to FIT where you want it to. Black laser print decals are extremely easy to make.

Creative Xerography

I printed some names needed in 4pt Arial font using Word then copied the names onto some decal paper using my laser printer using appropriate reduction.   Works for me

USN ship name decals in 1/700

Hi, all,

Does anyone know of any makers who produce decals of USN ship names in 1/700?  I need the markings for the USS Pennsylvania circa 1935 (which would have been black, unshaded, block letters, if I am not mistaken).

I've seen sheets of some generic markings, but nothing that lists more than one or two ship names.

Thanks in advance!

Brad
