ahhhhhh is see. from a distance it sure resembles a well used nautical or aviation map lol. great looking build at any rate. i haave only built a few ships, but i plan to build more. i'd like to build a 1/350 Yamato or Musashi, but i cant seem to justify spending over 300 bucks for a kit lol.

Thanks, it was fun. Nope, not a map just a well used modeler's kitchen cutting board. Of course, my wife wont let it back into the kitchen lol! It was retired several years ago for me to use.

detail looks pretty good for being that small, nice work!

is that a map it is sitting on? pretty neat way to display a ship model in my opinion!

What does one do when the eye doctor confirms what ya already know? I need tri-focals now..... And he told me not to strain my eyes anymore than I had too... So I did the only thing I could do, and that's buy the smallest ship the shop had in stock (well they had Tamiya's 1/700 Fletcher too, but I have it), and build it just to say I did.

So here it is. Revell Germany Bismarck in 1/1200 scale, built OOB, just concentrated on detail painting. Sorry for poor pic quality, my digital battery was dead so I took them with my phone.

Hope you enjoy.Big Smile
