Olympia upper six pounder guns

Finished the upper six pounder guns.  Had been avoiding these until I got to the step where I had to mount them.  They were not really as bad as I feared.  Problem I anticipated was drilling the barrel mounting hole in the end of the breech.  Needing to drill a small hole in the end of about a sixty mil cylinder looked like a daunting task.  But the white metal is a lot easier to drill than the plastic of the other guns.  To help, I drilled a smaller hole first, the smallest bit that my pin vise would hold, then enlarging that hole to the #73 called for.  The two pieces of PE mounting took as much time to bend and assemble as fastening the barrel to the breech piece!

The guns really look nice.  I have them mounted now, to the boat deck.
