unknown part

Just put some glue on it, stick it in a spot that looks good and ask any of your friends and fellow builders if the can find the part that's in the wrong place! That may be the easiest way to find out where it really belongs!!

D9 looks very like a life belt in it's holder - I think that they are/were mounted 1/2 way along the rear deck handrails that are included in parts C35 & C36 (one per side).

I think so my self  that they look very much like life belts, Do I glue them on the out side of rear deck hand rails I can't put then  dead center  because two D22's are their unless they are on the inside
