Back in the early to mid 70's Revell released half-hull models the some of there ships. Constitution, Cutty Sark, and the Spanish Galleon. They came with a wall mount plaque and the model rested on a map of the world. You were supposed to use the paste wax to give the models a antique look. You also were given the mast, spars and rigging to use also.
I have all 3 un-built and in the original boxes.I am thinking of starting them for wall decorations at my office. Have any other BB members built these or remember these models.
