This is something different for me so I thought why not. The Hull is now together and the fit was not too bad. Just a bit of Puttying and sanding hurt no one. More to come soon.....CHeers Mark

I have picked this kit up so many times and never yet bought it because it always seemed too big a risk of my money, I am looking forward to your build Surfsup, it already looks better than I had thought it could be!

I once built this kit. I had no fit issues at all, even the decals went on like a dream. It's long since died though. Looking forward to this one :)

I have this as a WIP.I have found with this, that if you trial fit more than once and are very careful, you can delete a LOT of putty. With this ,I now have ALL the AIRFIX small craft and they ALL came out great.

Being a Scot, I have a lot of loyalty towards Airfix, ever since I was a wee boy I just can't help buying their kits even though I know there are going to be problems, but never the less I still get a lot of enjoyment from them and they have taken the hint about imrovements, waiting in the wings is my 1/48 F6 English Electric Lightning and I have an eye on the 1/350 HMS Illustrious!
