Oh, forgot to mention something else. I visited the Gato class sub at Manitowac a couple of years ago for their model ship show, and took several pics.  I posted them in this forum, I believe- at least I posted them somewhere.  You can really get close to it, or even board it for tours, so you can get really good photos of it. It is tied up behind the Maritime Museum there (Manitowac, WI).

For one suggestion, this is a frequent topic in one of the general discussion forums.  But basically you need a host page not at the FSM site (I use Photobucket but there are many that host photos).  Then, when composing the message, use the "rich formatting" option and click the film strip option. It will ask you for a URL of the photo, which you copy and paste from the photo host site.

Hi, Guys,

I just completed my Revell kit of the 1/72 Gato class sub Toast and I must say it is a personal best as far as my 40 plus year model building career goes.  I'm doing the USS Silversides.  I would like to post pics but don't know how to do that on this forum.  Can anyone tell me how it's done?  Thanks in advance.
