Are you sure these aren't Vinyl masks for painting the camo patern on the hull?

Are these the vinyl stick on type, as opposed to water slide type?  I had never heard of stick on decals in that scale before.

Hi i bought these vinyl decal for my 1/350 bismarck ship i was wondering if u can melt it down to conform to the deck so its got a painted look ie microset or something or should i try and find water slide decals
