Pontos Dreadnought upgrade kit.
Picked up my set yesterday. Wow!! It sure looks great in the box- I hope everything works well. It has many hundreds of pieces! It reminds me a bit of the set included in the Encore Olympia (turned brass, PE, resin parts, wood deck) but far more extensive. This will make the build take forever, but that is sort of what model shipbuilding is, right? The set supplies both deployed and stowed/furled torpedo nets.
In my Olympia I had first planned to show the ship at anchor. The photo in the instructions make the Dreadnought look so great with those nets sticking out I may bite the bullet and display it anchored (maybe cheat on the length of anchor cable :-) ).
Can't wait to get started on the Dreadnought!
