Like this one? I know that it is a photo, but is this the gun you are referring to?

I am not sure which plans they have, but Loyalhanna dockyard has quite a few- the plans may be on a seperate website but I am sure Loyalhanna has a link to them.  They were originally offered by another business but Loyalhanna acquired them when the owner died.  Cannot remember the guy who originally offered them, though.

I just edited a NAVSOURCE link in my post above Don's. It seems to be pretty comprehensive.

The Floating Drydock ( http://www.floatingdrydock.com/ordnance.htm ) offers a big series of handy drawings of American ordnance.  The drawings are based on genuine Navy sources.

This company is a valuable source for all sorts of stuff relating to twentieth-century warships (especially American ones):  plans, photos, books, fittings, etc.  Well worth getting acquainted with.

Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.

Well worth getting acquainted with.

Just don't try and get acquainted with the owner; one of the more rude individuals I have contacted.
