Has anybody ever made an anchor buoy for the USS Constitution?

If so... how?

I have some ideas.. but I'm always curious about other methods.

it looks like this: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/_kmrQrA25KZY/TdkxKP5yqxI/AAAAAAAAAac/LlykLTopUjc/L1080789.JPG

I've not made them for Constitution, but for other ships.  Once you find the right table to size the buoy, a wooden bead is often just the ticket for these.  Remember that port is green and starboard red (which is largely invisible under the rope lashing).
