Gentlemen,

I present to you a new moving picture depicting our fine ship... created by the skillful eye of our Chaplain, Marcus Einhausenschmick... who has been experimenting with something called a "Daguerreotype machine". Which is technology far beyond my understanding. But the result is most capital.

(When viewing through a web browser, choosing HD in the YouTube player window settings is encouraged) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcX-CaX4JDo

The photographs used for this moving picture are also posted on my Facebook page, as well. https://www.facebook.com/isaac.hull.58

The people portrayed here are those who have chosen to join the crew through my Facebook page

Further adventures of our exploits will begin being posted this week to "Captain's Log", from a time when I had just joined Constitution as a 4th Lieutenant, under Captain Silias Talbot.

Also, as there is another moving picture for you to view... that is... well... somewhat frivolous. But hopefully entertaining to the lighthearted. http://youtu.be/ykxlN0QlWKw

Fare thee well and God bless America

- Captain Isaac Hull

PS: And in case anyone is wondering... this is not a sponsored Facebook page or anything. It's just me. My mentions of Revell and Facebook in the video are just for dramatic purposes....

(It appears here (above) that this image captured one of the crew falling from the mizzen shroud. Beauregard Schmeckpeeper, one of the boatswains mates, suffered only a few bruises from the fall and was soon back on duty after a short visit to the ship's doctor. He was given an extra ration of grog for his troubles. )
