Revell USS Constitution kit H-362-80 from late 60's - suitable OOTB for 1803 cruise?

I have no ready pics of the boxart, mine is a used, beater box unbuilt kit, and on close exam -   the kit is the "box scale" 22" hull kit, with no vacuform sails and 5 gun deck doors molded open, all the rest of the doors molded closed. Appears to be a simplified build - given that all gun carriages are molded to the 1-piece "spar deck", and with just a short section of gun-deck that would be visible via the open center hatch in the spar deck.

Most importantly, it has the lower side railings we think of when the 1803 Constituition is mentioned, so no cutting needed to shorten or open the railings. It also has the inverted V dolphin striker, no discernible bow figuhead, and a 6-window transom.

Sound like an 1803 build?
