I would like it if the either of the new kits reflected these ships as commissioned, or, if the Musashi is in her 1944 refit, it includes the depth charge racks fitted to her.

I hope that it is the Yamato as she was originally commissioned. But, it might be an upgraded kit of the Musashi.

I'd like to see someone model it in a diorama as it was under attack by US planes..before it was torpedoed and sunk.........that would be cool.

Tamiya is coming out with another Yamato (78030) right after the release of their new upgraded kit. How different is it from the last?
