Your best bet would probably be Al Ross's entry in the "Anatomy Of The Ship" series, The Destroyer Campbeltown. Lots of amazing detail, including excellent drawings.
Note also that some of these ships served a long time, through many changes (including, of course, the rigging). Photos are your best guide for individual ships and time periods.
