The nice thing about the Kaga and the Shokaku are that they are brand new molds with over 100 parts. At last count all 6 of the Pearl Harbour raiders had been released as new molds by Fujimi and several other carriers have been released that were once covered by the ancient Aoshima/Tamiya releases of the same ships. And their new light cruiser and destroyer kits come as 2 packs which means you get 2 complete kits in the same box. right now I have the Isuzu class IJN light AA cruiser and the Shiratsuyu class destroyer. And for carriers I have Shokaku 1941 fitting ,Taiho and pre-war carrier Hosho all with superb details.

On the workbench: Dragon 1/350 scale Ticonderoga class USS BunkerHill 1/720 scale Italeri USS Harry S. Truman 1/72 scale Encore Yak-6

The 71st Tactical Fighter Squadron the only Squadron to get an Air to Air kill and an Air to Ground kill in the same week with only a F-15 http://photobucket.com/albums/v332/Mikeym_us/
