I can't say I've built anything by Panda, but I did build the Dragon 1/350 USS Bunker Hill (Cruiser) if that helps.  The kit was ok, had some fit issues.  My building skills were ok, created some issues.  All in all I remember the kit being pretty inexpensive and you can tell it's a cruiser.  The only issue I ran into was fitting the forward superstructure to the deck, and there's an even chance that was me, and nothing a little sanding or shimming couldn't have taken care of.

If you are interested in PE, Gold Medal Models makes a generic modern USN warship set that has goodies for Arleigh Burkes.

Sometimes you have to give it more than a day - many people have jobs that keep them off this site 24/7 :P

That said, the Panda molds were acquired by Dragon - early ships are better (later Burke ships have a dimensional problem with the hangar and helo pad) and are up to the same standards, albeit there are features of each some like better than others.

Hi

I was looking at buying a Panda 1/350 USS Arleigh Burke and I was just wondering if Panda kits are up to Trumpeter or Revell standard. How is the fit of this kit and the part count?

Thanks for all replies.
