I just pick one little thing to do. A piece of rigging, painting a piece, cutting a hole, doesn't matter, just one little quick easy thing for now. I generally find that I end up doing more. There is a tactic applied by people helping others to kick an addiction, and/or deal w/ depression. "when you get up in the morning, make your bed, that is all, just make your bed. Do it every day, and pretty soon you will be doing more." Hope this helps.
