i dug this out of the bottom of my stash  2 of them got to be 10-12 yrs old anyway

cant find any info anywhere

i have a few questions  if you would

1 has anyone done this model

2 the box art shows painting for 2 schemes  1st is white top red bottom with dk gray stripe seperating the two colors  the 2nd is red bottom with dark gray top no stripe

i did find 1 photo of the real sub but..   this photo shows the dark gray but it does not show if it had red bottom

it did go in for repairs once but never was it mentioned about a repaint    the white top seems a bit wierd to me

thanks

Hi.  I just picked up a kit of the Sokol off ebay.  The Sokol was a British "U" class submarine loaned to the Polish Navy shortly after the fall of Poland. The lighter gray paint scheme was used during its North Sea operations and the darker gray was applied prior to its operations in the Mediterranean sea.  The kit I bought did not include any instructions.  Would you have a copy to spare?

Hi DURR,

I picked up an ORP Sokol kit off ebay recently.  The Sokol was a "U" class British submarine that was loaned to the Polish Navy shortly after the fall of Poland. The lighter gray paint was used during it's operations in  the North Sea.  The darker gray was applied for it's operations in the Mediterranean Sea.  This sub was known for it's aggressive tactics.  My kit did not include any instructions.  Do you still have a copy you might be able to share?  Thanks
