This was a test done on Port Royall. She promptly ran aground and had to be re-docked, but came out of that docking with the blue anti-fouling still present (fresh coat applied). She's still in service, but none of the RIMPAC 2014 photos showed whether or not this paint was still in use. None of the recent ship launch or overhaul photos (thinking of the new carrier USS Gerald Ford, for example) are painted in this color, so it remains a one-off, unfortunately.
