As a new member I am looking forward to photos, tips, and ideas. I have made a few plastic kits that turned out OK, but my primary collection is 1:1200 with some 1:700 and 1:350 metal WWII ships. I am trying to write a series of books on WWII navies (RN, DKM, IJN, RM, MN/FFL, USN) and hope to illustrate them with photos from my collection. I look forward to seeing what other ship modelers do so I can expand my own horizons.
