How do the U Boat torpedo men raise the torpedoes into the tubes?

In the rear since there were two tubes, the extra torpedoes sat on rollers behind and in line with the tubes.

If you look at the photo that I think you mean, there are winches that raise and lower the rail, above it and connected to the crosswise traveler beams. The rail to weapon attachment is a fixed one.

Does anyone know where I can see some photos of the types of chains or winches used to raise the torpedoes from the floor up into the tubes. I have seen photos of the U 505 and it shows a torpedoe hanging from the rails but I can't see the tools used to bring the torpedoes up off the floor. Any ideas or photos?
