OK Steve, ... Glad this could be of a help to you, sir.  Their 1:48 SO radar mast arrived the other day.  It is very good.  The guy used the actual blue-prints of the mast and dome which Don Shannon at Battleship Cove supplied.  So, since the guy just rescaled it to 1:72, it should be just as good, right?

I can't wait to see it on my 1:48 Merit early-80 foot Elco PT kit ... I'm going to have Stan build it as the 190 "Jack'O'Diamonds" later in the war.  I just wish someone on Shapeways would create correct Mark XIII torpedoes in roll-off racks and D/Cs in roll-off racks in 1:48 and 1:72.

Tim,

I was just talking with someone about doing the old Revell PT109 in a late 1943 Med color scheme and wondering if Shapeway made a 1/72 SO Radar. Play theme music from the Twighlight Zone here......... Thanks for posting this.

Hi All,

I was just on Shapeways ordering something I need for Stan to do a project for me and I noticed that they have this

Seems that the old Revell PT-109/117 kits have one more thing to help them be great models. I guess you could use them on the Revell Vosper too.
