CL-145 U.S.S. Roanoke

CL-145 U.S.S. Roanoke, one of only two Worcester-class light cruisers is a very handsome looking ship that I would like a model of. Unfortunately since there were only two made, I guess there will never be a decent size plastic model made of her. Here are a couple of pics of the large scale model of her at the Virginia Museum of Transportation.

Sure, but for such an unusual subject, it's worth getting the CL-144 Pacific Front resin kit.

Just have to find one.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
