P.F. ;

 I have always thought that any ship class should follow an old saw .  "Logical Progression of Design . To Me , a retired Engineer and Ship designer , this is what keeps ships seaworthy . I certainly do not ascribe to the  " Pile it on and maybe it'll work " Philosophy of design rampant today .

 I stopped designing when after three tries the shipping line rejected my designs .They went for a  "Theme Park Afloat  " I will not design such a Vessel after spending time afloat in the Navy and for Civilians and being subjected to the moods of our two biggest oceans and their results on things afloat !

Hi,

That turned out great.  I always liked the Knox class.  To me they looked very logically laid out and "purposeful" (if that's a word), and I thought that they were better looking ships than the FFG7s. Smile

Hmm;

 Another interesting design Above the waterline . This reminds me of the first time I ever saw a " Mack "  on a military vessel . An interesting concept in it's own right !

 Do you like working on resin and do you think there's one company whose products are better than another's , especially on quality and price-point  ?

 One of two best resin kits I have. Great detail. Don't have to add any scratch parts to it.
