Calling all USS Arizona experts

Hello;
I am building the Dragon 1/700 Arizona and was wondering what is the correct way the stern rails are. I have seen models that the rails just end at the rear crane on each side and also have seen the rails wrap completely arond the stern. Which is correct for the Arizona in 1941.
