From front to rear, shortest to tallest is the placement sequence.

I can no longer access your image. I did see it the first day it was posted but now have a 404 error. I recall at least three were of different heights.

Regarding funnel size an starting front front to rear

Front funnel- shortest, 5.1cm

Second funnel, third funnel = same height 5.3cm

Fourth funnel, furthest aft = tallest. 5.5cm

Ok?

As for the railing. Cover art is marketing. Use the instructions vs sprues set. If painting, pe railing does make a model appear from a toy to a miniature. My opinion.

I dont know if there is enough railing, the picture on the box shows no railing on the bow, but the instructions do. Ill Just wait and see, photo etch is pretty hard to get from where i life, but of i can get my hands on it i surely Will get it https://imgur.com/ZZvXjcd here are the funnels

Are you referring to plastic railing as shipped in the kit or photo-etch brass railings? Strongly recommend purchase photo-etch railing if painting the model. If retaining the plastic railings, I take it you are saying there is not enough railing for the kit? If so, then some sprues are missing. Please clarify.

Regarding the funnels. Let me respond in another post. I will look at an older kit I have to see what they look like. Need a day to respond.

Do not worry about accurized this or that. Only the rivet counter will note and either builds into a beautiful model. You can shave the x off the doors and use a wedge to align the forecastle deck. The only other issues are some window placements.

Can you post a pic. of these funnel side by side to see what is what. I suppose they all have rake?

while the coal doors do have x's on them, i do not have the slope issue, which is odd

Edit- nevermind, checked it this Morning Just to be sure, and the well deck has the odd slope, so this is the pre accurized version, but back to the railing, is there anything wrong with it in this version, and any tips on what i should do with the funnels?

found a new problem, since i bought this 2nd handed, some things were already done, the funnels were glued together, but not in anyway marked, no funnel is the same size, so now i have no idea which should go where, they are al just 1 or 2 mm longer than the other

did some research, pretty sure its the pre accurized version, judging on how the 2 skylights look, and the cargohatch 1 on the bow, but still nothing about the railings

Older versions, pre-accurized, the forecastle well deck slopes foward when installed in the hull instead of being a uniform distance from the deck to the top of the bulkhead. Example here. Coaling doors will have an X on them as well.

Depending on the model number it could be the pre-accurized version. That is the Marschall painting on the cover which was used on both version.  Easy manner to tell is if the well deck is present.

Which version do you have? A number were made over the years. Accurized, pre-accurized, deluxe, etc.

i recently finaly got my hands on this kit, but i have 1 consern, the railing, the picture on the box and front of the instructions show no railing on the bow, also noticed that the model from rapidnadion has the same problem. Is there enough railing for the whole ship? or is this a flaw with the model
