Scratch Build a Very Large Box ship - Shipboard Mindless Modeling and Just having fun !

 Hi ;

 It,s really quite easy .Find a glue bomb Enterprise or any of the others . Cut all the stuff away from below the blisters and overhangs .Then Put a conventional deck on it . Deck-house aft or mid-ships - Your Choice .Boxes ? " N " Scale railroading parts .

   Since they , like tankers have little deck sheer the sky is the limit .Those of you who have the 1/700 Revell ship can copy her . Very simple work and a totally different ship on your shelf .I have even converted one , in my poor old grey cells , into a super sized " Proper " looking and outfitted Passenger ship !

     Believe it or not fellows , the old ways from childhood , die hard . Then ,  I would find a glue bomb in the trash and take it home to see what I could do with it  .That's how a " Natchez " Mississippi river steamer became a ferry boat !

 Can you passenger ship modelers picture a " Savannah " bow area ( just forward of mid-ships ) grafted to a " M.V.Brazil  " stern section ( just aft of midships area ?) I did it !

    See , the sky's the limit ! It's just plain " Mindless modeling " fun !      T.B.      P.S.-- Plus , you have the satisfaction of saving some styrene from the landfill .
