I also added lighting too in the well deck and the upper vehicle deck. If you go to that whatifmodellers link in my first post and head to Page 15 in that thread, then read Post # 215, you'll see pics of the lighting I installed with electroluminescent (EL) wire. ;)

Here is something I've been working on the last 2-3 years. A 1/350 scale Gallery USS Wasp amphibious assault ship converted into a What If? hospital/humanitarian relief ship.
